Wedding Photo and Video Professionals based in Richmond, Virginia
Our goal is one thing and one thing only - to deliver our couples the BEST wedding video that captures their day in the most authentic way possible. If you don't even notice we are there, then we have done our job correctly. The way we shoot would be categorized as "journalistic" not that it needs a label, but that would be the closest thing. We document your big day in the way that YOU actually remembered it happening, not some staged nonsense to make it look like a fairy tale. We want you to watch your film or look at your photos 10 years from now and reminisce on those little details (or maybe faux pas) that other photographers would overlook and not deliver, and enjoy those memories for even more years to come.
We make Wedding Films and Photo Albums you will actually want to go back and look at for years to come.

FAQ
Do you travel?
Yes! We will go wherever you want us to go provided the travel accommodations are made for us. If your wedding is within 60 miles of Richmond, VA, then there are no travel costs. Outside of that, if it is a drivable distance, mileage costs will be accrued. If we have to fly or if it is a destination wedding, we just need plane tickets and a hotel room and we are there!
What do the photo packages consist of?
We digitally deliver your gallery within 4 weeks of the wedding (unless you pay for rush service) and you can plan to receive 150-1000 highly detailed, high-quality photos depending on the package you choose. We can offer print packages as well for the client and their family at a discounted rate a few weeks after the delivery, but web sized downloads will be free forever as long as your gallery is live.
How many shooters will be present?
It will typically be Tim as the primary shooter and Zack or Ray as the second shooter. In rare cases if we double book we will have a secondary team of comparable shooters on behalf of Morrisette Media and we will handle the editing and delivery.
Do we feed you and your team?
Just depends how long we are there! If you are doing an elopement or a small family wedding and we are only there for a couple of hours, we are not expecting any food, but it is certainly appreciated if you want to include us in the festivities! For the longer shoots, 6+ hours, we do have a meal clause in the contract. If you want a good video on an all-day shoot, your shooters need that fuel!
What kind of cameras do you use?
We are Sony boys through and through. Sony makes some of the best mirrorless cameras and the quality is outstanding. Our primary photo camera is the Sony A7RIV coming in at 63 megapixels - which basically means you could put a picture of yourself in Times Square blown up to the size of a building and you could still see your family's tears of joy in full detail as you celebrate the big day.
How do I book you? What about deposits?
All we need is your email address! Once we have talked through packages and deliverables on our end and we settle on exactly what you want, you will receive a split invoice for 50% down to book and the remainder is due on or before the wedding date. Deposits are partially refundable on a prorated basis depending on how far away your wedding is. We have to hold that date for you and if you cancel then it is hard to fill back in that date with short notice.
What would you consider your "style" to be?
We would call it journalistic - some prefer organic - basically we capture your day as it actually happens. We don't do a lot of staging or posing for photos and or videos, unless you just want something very specific obviously we can accommodate. We like for our couples to watch the video back and notice all the little details they may have missed since the wedding day itself is so busy.
What does a "highlight film" consist of?
Highlight films are professionally edited and captured cinematic recaps of your wedding day. We capture all the little details, the tears on your dad’s face when he gives you away, the dancing with your family members you haven’t seen in a while, and that beautiful cutlery your Aunt Mayra wants you to use to cut the cake with. We are there for all of it and will make sure your film is presented in the way that you remember your big day.
What kind of music do you use?
We have access to libraries of royalty-free music. We take the time to choose the best songs that fit the vibe and feel of your wedding, but if you want to access the library and pick the songs yourself, you can absolutely do so and we will provide the links to choose from. Unfortunately, since we do this for money we can’t put your favorite radio song in the video because we don’t have the copyright for it.
